Success – Success is Only Success if it’s Fulfilling

Sabrina Truscott has had a rich background in dance and Theatrical production. She studied Performance Arts at The Neighborhood Playhouse in New York City where she worked as an actress in soap operas, commercials, and musical theatre before being brought to Los Angeles for her television-acting career.

While juggling her professional career, Sabrina always maintained a curiosity and unquenchable appetite towards the “meaning of life”, causing her to study the love-based philosophies found within various religions. This passion eventually led her to walk away from her successful television-acting career to devote her time to meditation, personal growth and charity work.

Along her journey Sabrina fell deeply in love with Ballroom and Latin dance and went on to become a professional competitor for 7 years.

Her ballroom and acting career gave Sabrina the necessary skills she desired to co-create, direct and emcee the enormous charity gala “Dancing with the Stars Austin” from 2007-present, which has generated over $8,000,000 for the Center For Child Protection in Austin, Texas. One of her greatest joys is to oversee, organize and create events that support people in transforming their lives!

In addition to her passion for charity work, personal growth and and meditation Sabrina has always loved movement and the way the flow of energy can be felt and expressed through dance. For the past 25 years she has shared this joy of movement not only through dance, but also through what she calls Celebration Fitness, a way of integrating the body, mind and spirit into an ecstatic state of Oneness while exercising.

Today as co-founder of the Satori Method Academy, an off-line AND on-line centerfor mind-body-spirit transformation Sabrina and her husband Tristan, teach, coach and produce programs that enable people to become mentally, spiritually and physically fit. Sabrina is living proof that health, positive thinking and living from the heart keeps you young, healthy, happy and constantly joyful.

Donna Kozik grew up on a 200-acre dairy farm in northwestern Pennsylvania and now lives near the freeways and beaches of San Diego, where she shows coaches, entrepreneurs and others how to become published authors the “fast and easy way.” In fact, she has set a personal goal of turning 1000 people into published authors in the next 12 months.

Donna believes everyone has a message and story to share and it’s a great time to be alive with the ability to publish books and print them on demand. She faced her own challenges in starting a business and remembers one time where she was counting the cans of cat food on the shelf at the grocery store, $10 in her pocket and wondering how few she could get by with to feed her precious felines through the weekend. It was also about that time that she printed out the bankruptcy papers and thought about getting a j-o-b. But things turned around when Donna took a chance on creating and leading a virtual event called Write a Book in a Weekend. That was nearly 10 years ago and has led to a best-selling book, a registered trademark and over a million dollars in revenue. Donna says there are a lot of perks to making more money, but her happiest moment came when she was back in that same grocery store and realized she could buy the whole shelf of cat food if she wanted to–she had plenty of money in her back account!

Donna’s book-writing system is live and virtual “Write a Book in a Weekend” events, features Donna’s “fill-in-the-pages” book templates plus a weekend of live audio and recorded video messages that motivate and inspire soon-to-authors to complete their books in 2 days.
